Delivery of goods is carried out by Nova Poshta to any city or settlement in Ukraine and worldwide, except for the occupied territories of Ukraine and to aggressor countries.

All our clothing is produced in limited quantities, and there are situations when the item is out of stock, and its shipment may be delayed for 5 to 7 business days or for a different period depending on the situation, which will be communicated to you by a manager.

Payment for the goods is made in full through the Portmone payment system. It is also possible to place an order with cash on delivery and make a prepayment of 200 UAH. The manager will contact you for further arrangements.

If the delivered goods do not fit you or have a defect, you can return them using the services of "Nova Poshta" within 14 days after receiving the order, in accordance with the Law "On Consumer Protection." The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. To initiate a return, simply contact us at the provided phone numbers and send the goods back to us.

 

The refund to your bank card will be processed within 3-7 business days upon receiving the returned goods.

If the garments were created with custom measurements or with modifications to the design features, they cannot be returned in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection."
